NK DRIVE PINS In this system, power actuated tool strikes power load,ignited power load drives NK DRIVE PINS into steel, concrete,brick and rock to fasten elements such as conduits, steel parts,doors, windows, boards, ceiling and other ornaments etc temporarily or permanently.
Drive pin is driven by gunpowder combustion, and can be driven into the hard base of concrete, steel, brick masonry, stone and so on, QD nail material is #45 carbon steel, length range is from 16mm-72mm.
Hardness should be 50HRC-57HRC, shank should be bent to 60° without breaking, if shank length is less than 30mm, no need to check bending angle.
Drive Pin could just be matched with DX450, S1J,S1JL to use, which is composed to operate together.
