Drive Pins
—- Austempered to a core hardness of 55-58 HRC
—- Typical Tensile strength more than 270,000 psi
—- Typical Shear Strength more than 162,000 psi
take special point rolling process to stablize the performance of the drive pins.
Drive pin is driven by gunpowder combustion, and can be driven into the hard base of concrete, steel, brick masonry, stone and so on, YD nail material is #45 carbon steel, length range is from 13mm-62mm
Hardness should be 50HRC-57HRC, shank should be bent to 60° without breaking, if shank length is less than 30mm, no need to check bending angle
