Square wire mesh is made of high quality galvanized wire, copper wire, stainless steel wire and then woven form a square opening wire cloth through the plain weaving method. The plain weave means each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter.

Plain Weave Type also referred to Double-Crimp
The plain weave is the most commonly used and simplest to weave. It is a standard type of weave for wire cloth resulting in square openings with wire sizes the same in both directions. Each warp wire passes alternately over and under fill wires at right angles, both directions.
Intermediate Crimp
with wires in every other crimp, the most common and most versatile type. Crimped warp wires filled at every other crimp with fill wires. Provides superior rigidity and greater stability. Popular for screens and architectural uses.
Double & Intermediate Crimp
with all shute wires crimped and warp wires in alternate crimps,
Square pattern wire cloth using warp and fill wires of equal size. Warp wires
pass over and under fill wires in an alternating pattern at adjacent intersections.
Lock Crimp
a very smooth, tight weave favored by architects , Made to hold accurate openings. Each intersection is formed with straight sections of fill wires woven within straight sections of warp wires. Fill wires are woven in an alternating
pattern, top and bottom
Flat Top Crimp
featuring a looser weave than the other types, All crimping is offset to one side producing a single plan on the top which allows for the smooth flow of materials over the surface
